For international orders, please be aware that delivery times may be longer in some regions due to possible delays in customs processing.

While we strive to ensure prompt and secure delivery of your order, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages during the shipping process. In such cases, you must contact the respective postal service (USPS, Royal Mail, EMS ect) for compensation.

If you provide incorrect shipping information at checkout and the item is returned to us, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

If you receive a defective item & can provide evidence, we will exchange the item free of charge. Otherwise, all sales are final.
